Walmart and some of its suppliers are at an impasse regarding Walmart’s commitment to low prices: “Don Stuart, managing partner at Cadent Consulting, sees Walmart as ground zero where pricing starts. ‘Let’s say that for whatever reason, Walmart is enjoying a 15 percent pricing advantage.
