Walmart is looking to put drones in its stores as a way of making it easier for consumers to find the products they want and need:

As for the functioning of the delivery system, Walmart plans on installing a central computer system that would act as the automated air traffic control for the drones. Similar to an airplane control room, it will determine flight paths, dispatch drones and monitor the same when they’re out and about helping customers pick products. The drones will be affixed with a cohort of sensors to help it steer clear of obstacles, especially customers (if one of those is sitting on the shelf, by any chance).
